李法云，博士，教授，博士生导师。现为上海应用技术大学生态技术与工程学院院长、美丽中国与生态文明研究院（上海高校智库）负责人，兼任上海城市路域生态工程技术研究中心副主任、国际设计科学学会副主席、中国自然资源学会资源循环利用专业委员会（International Society for Design Science ）副主任委员、上海市植物学会园林与园艺专业委员会主任委员、上海市风景园林学会理事。曾任辽宁大学环境学院院长，辽宁省水环境生物监测与水生态安全重点实验室主任、辽宁省。入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”（百人层次）、上海市奉贤区“滨海贤人”领军人才。主要从事生态示范区规划与设计、生态工程设计与近自然修复技术、农业绿色低碳发展及乡村振兴等方面的研究工作。在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇，出版学术著作8部，获得国家发明专利授权15余项。研究成果先后获省部级科技进步二等奖1项、三等奖3项、中国环境科学学会青年科技奖1项。

Professor Fayun Li’s Resume

Dr. Li Fayun, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, currently serves as the Dean of the School of Ecological Technology and Engineering at Shanghai Institute of Technology (SIT), as well as the Head of the Research Institute of Beautiful China & Ecological Civilization (A University Think Tank of Shanghai). He also holds concurrent positions as Deputy Director of Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Urban Road Ecological Technology, Vice President of the International Society for Design Science, Deputy Director of the Resource Recycling Professional Committee of the China Society of Natural Resources, Chairman of the Landscape and Horticulture Professional Committee of the Shanghai Botanical Society, and Council Member of the Shanghai Society of Landscape Architecture. Previously, Dr. Li served as the Dean of the School of Environment at Liaoning University and Director of the Liaoning Key Laboratory for Water Environment Biomonitoring and Aquatic Ecological Security. He was selected for the “Hundred-Talent Tier” of the Liaoning Province “Hundreds-Thousands-Talents Project” and recognized as a leading talent in the “Bin Hai Xian Ren” program of Fengxian District, Shanghai. Dr. Li’s research focuses on the planning and design of ecological demonstration zones, ecological engineering design and near-natural restoration technologies, green and low-carbon agricultural development, and rural revitalization. He has published over 100 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, authored eight academic monographs, and holds more than 15 national invention patents. His research achievements have been awarded one Second Prize and three Third Prizes for Science and Technology Progress at the provincial and ministerial levels, as well as the Youth Science and Technology Award from the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences.
