On September 1, 2018 China (Hengxian) Jasmine Culture Festival opened in Hengxian, Guangxi. Professor Zhou Wuzhong, Director of Innovation Design Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University, attended the opening ceremony on behalf of China Flower Association.
